We didn’t start Karma Web Wizards because the world needed another digital marketing agency. We started it because too many good businesses were losing for the wrong reasons. Our mission is to help good businesses become the obvious choice through AI-first digital marketing built around Search Visibility.
Born in Mumbai. Built to Compete
Growing up in Mumbai taught me that opportunities are earned. You adapt, work hard and compete to survive. That mindset became the foundation of everything that followed.
Australia Was a Dream. Reality Was Different
Australia represented opportunity, beautiful sunsets, beaches, cricket and a better quality of life. I moved there seeking financial freedom and a better future. Reality was much harder. I knew no one, worked while studying, repaid my education loan and worried about being far from my parents. Those years taught me resilience, discipline and humility.
Australia gave me the opportunity I was searching for. But it was adversity that shaped the person I needed to become.
Melbourne IT Changed the Way I Thought About Business
Working at Melbourne IT taught me that customers willingly pay a premium for a trusted brand because it gives them peace of mind. I also saw businesses treated as recurring SEO revenue instead of genuine partners. That experience shaped my philosophy: people don’t simply pay for a service—they pay for confidence.
Why I Chose to Build My Own Business?
I wanted to build the kind of company I wished existed—one that looked after clients, focused on long-term relationships and measured success by business outcomes rather than reports. Growing up in a Gujarati family, entrepreneurship was part of everyday life.
Twelve Years Changed My Philosophy
The more I focused on doing the right thing for my clients, the easier the business became. I never chased fake reviews or rapid growth. I focused on quality, trust and genuine relationships.
If I consistently do the right thing, the business will take care of itself.
Why I Started Again?
Watching economic conditions change convinced me to build a leaner, future-ready business. COVID confirmed that remote collaboration was the future. I moved to Dubai because I believe the centre of global opportunity is shifting eastward and Dubai is at the heart of that transformation.
A New Chapter
For much of my career I focused on looking after the clients who had already trusted me rather than marketing myself. Karma Web Consulting grew through long-term relationships and referrals.
Today, AI allows us to automate repetitive work and spend more time creating value through strategy, education and better decisions. This isn’t a change in philosophy. It’s an evolution in how we deliver it. The values remain the same; we’re simply using better tools to help more good businesses become the obvious choice.
One More Lesson About Trust
One of the things I’m most proud of isn’t the number of clients I’ve worked with. It’s the relationships that have endured.
Many of my clients have remained with me for years. Just as importantly, many of my employees, contractors and trusted partners have stayed with me throughout my marketing journey.
I don’t believe that’s a coincidence. Long-term relationships are built with honesty, consistency, respect and a genuine commitment to doing the right thing—even when nobody is watching.
